magicjack live support is only an online support. After spending over 5 hours and still not having my problem resolved, the tech rudely disconnected me because I would not ask a friend /family member call me because it was past 12am. to confirm whether my magicjack phone could receive incoming calls. The techs do not appear to be knowledgable, and I felt that i was in an endless loop with the techs repeatingly asking the same questions and having me check the same things a myriad of time. They also could not check my phone themselves because no one at Magic jack had access to a phone. I guess magicjack techs does not have access to use their own product-that about says it all.

I just had the same thing you did. Over 8 hours and 2 remote techs later, They still didnt resolve the problem, I did get it to work. I uninstalled the same card 10 times and they kept telling to me do it again. If it didnt work the first 9 times shy try it again?
