I have had magic jack for 1 1/2 years, and the quality of calls has gone way down hill. No I have echos, speech stuttering like ddddid yyyyyou, and can't understand what is being said. Also the voice disappears so I miss what someone is saying. Also, 2-3 times a week, it will discontinue on its own and a note is on that "please connect to internet to use-well internet is NEVER off, but I have to turn everything off, remove battery from my computer, wait variable amounts of time and try connecting again- I am ready to throw this is the trash, and have told other people not to waste their money-can'
t get anyone to help you.
